Losing precious phone calls from clients is a big problem if u are gung HO about Customer satisfaction.
I was facing the problem for last 1 week after the bsnl network crashed in kerala last 26 th sunday 2010. Do the following steps
1. Menu
2. Settings
3. Phone settings(Nokia)/Connectivity(sony)
4. Network settings/Mobile Network
5. Manual selection/Select network
6. Now select a network (Other than BSNL) from the list
7. Now again goto to manual selection and this time select BSNL
now ur phone shud be ok
If the problem persists contact bsnl office
